Swiss TecLadies is an innovative mentoring programme for young women aged 14 to 19, run by the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences (SATW).
It offers the opportunity to explore the world of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) through inspiring and varied activities. The programme is led by dedicated mentors with professional technical experience. Each mentor personally guides and supports a participant throughout the seven-month programme.
The mentoring programme takes place every two years. The next edition will run from September 2026 to April 2027. This is your last chance to apply for one of the highly sought-after places!
