Practical information for the day of the conference

There is no registration on the day of the conference. All girls wishing to attend the conference must have a confimed registration to gain entrance.

 

08:15 – 08:45   Check-in

09:00 – 09:15   Welcome session
09:30 – 10:45   Workshop 1
11:00 – 12:15   Workshop 2
12:15 – 13:30   Lunch
13:30 – 14:45   Workshop 3
14:45 – 15:15   Closing session

15:30   Meet up with parents. Parents are asked to pick up their daughter(s) from the main hall.

 

When you arrive, go to the check-in desk to pick up your registration pack. In this pack you will find your final schedule, which includes 2 workshops of your choice and a session at the Discovery Fair with a variety of interesting topics.

There is no need to bring a picnic. A hot lunch is provided as well as a small, mid-morning snack.

Information for parents

Parents, please print out, read and sign theparent disclaimer form. This must be presented at the check-in, on the day of the conference.

We encourage you to use public transport. See Location and transport for more information about public transport and public car parks.

A Parents workshop is also planned for all parents who wish to join us. No registration is necessary. The workshops will be held in the auditorium from 9:30 am to 10:30 am (French) and from 10:30 am to 11:30 am (English). The workshop will include a discussion by a panel of experts and will address the role and support of parents in the career choice of girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
